Hello! I’m Matthew, an enthusiastic Physiotherapist dedicated to assisting you in maintaining an active lifestyle and overcoming injuries.

With a robust academic foundation, holding a BSc in Sports Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy, my commitment to excellence is reflected in my memberships with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health Care Professional Council (HCPC). These memberships ensure that the care I provide is not only regulated but also grounded in the latest evidence-based research.

In addition to my extensive background at football clubs such as QPR FC and Ipswich Town FC, I’ve enjoyed unique roles that have enriched my professional journey. One such experience involved providing Physiotherapy to a well-known Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI), where I had the privilege of traveling with their family throughout Europe. This distinctive opportunity allowed me to bring my expertise to diverse settings, contributing to the health and well-being of individuals in various environments including private Yachts!

Alongside my private practice I still hold positions within the NHS as a First Contact Practitioner, which enables me to establish close links with Orthopaedic consultants and other experts in their field of medicine. As a Senior Physiotherapist, my commitment is to now deliver unparalleled care to you, to support your overall well-being, I therefore regularly use Objective measures to achieve accurate diagnosis and tailor individualised rehabilitation programs.
