Join us every Monday for some awesome online fitness (Zoom) all from the comfort of your own home. We kick things off at 16:00 with our special class designed for Post-op Hip and Knee patients or Seniors who want to keep things active and healthy. This is a low impact workout which are interactive and fun, with functional outcomes the primary focus of the sessions.
At 17:45 we crank it up a little! We include floor based exercises and body weight strengthening, whilst including exercises that gets your heart pumping. This is designed for the middle age folk whom may of had a poor relationship with fitness in the past with injuries holding them back. We bring adapted exercises specific to your needs, to ensure yo can maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
